About Earlabs
Earlabs is the company behind SurfEars and dBud — premium consumer brands focused on helping people protect their hearing in active and loud environments. SurfEars is developed for water sports athletes and outdoor lifestyles. dBud is developed for musicians, concert-goers, travel, sleep and modern everyday hearing protection.
We’re currently expanding into the broader sleep and wellness category, making this an especially exciting time to help shape the next phase of Earlabs’ growth.

We’re looking for a senior growth profile to help us build the next phase of our growth engine. This is not a traditional “performance marketing” role.

Your Mission
- Build stronger growth systems

What You’ll Do
Paid Social & Growth
- Build and manage paid social structures across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and other channels
- Launch, optimize and scale campaigns
- Improve media buying structure and decision-making
Creative Systems
- Build clear creative testing frameworks
- Work closely with creators, editors and the internal creative team
- Turn performance insights into new creative concepts and hooks
Growth Operations
- Define KPIs and reporting structures
- Improve prioritization and workflows
- Create stronger operational cadence
We Think You
- Have experience scaling DTC or consumer brands
- Understand creative performance and consumer psychology
- Are highly hands-on inside ad platforms
- Understand both brand and performance
- Know how to balance growth with profitability
- Thrive in fast-moving entrepreneurial environments

The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Creative Performance Lead to help us increase creative output, improve creative performance and build a stronger content engine across paid social and organic channels.
This is a highly hands-on creative production role focused on turning content into high-performing ads and social creatives.

To Create
- Meta ads
- TikTok creatives
- Reels
- YouTube content
- Cutdowns, variations and hook iterations
- Performance-focused creative assets
Your role is to turn creative inflow into scalable performance creatives.
Your First Mission
- Understand our current creatives and content inflow
- Review top-performing ads, hooks and messaging
- Understand how we currently test and scale creatives
- Increase creative velocity and improve creative quality
- Create more scalable creative workflows
What You’ll Do
Creative Production
- Edit and produce ads for Meta, TikTok and YouTube
- Create variations, cutdowns and hook iterations
- Adapt creatives for different audiences and formats
- Work hands-on inside Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut or similar tools
Performance Creative
- Analyze which creatives perform best
- Improve hooks, pacing, structure and storytelling
- Turn performance insights into new creative concepts
- Continuously test and iterate creatives
Creator & Content Coordination
- Work with ambassadors, creators and UGC
- Brief external photographers, videographers and creators when needed
- Organize content production around growth priorities
- Ensure content is usable across paid social, organic and landing pages
We Think You
- Have experience creating performance creatives for DTC or consumer brands
- Understand TikTok, Meta and short-form content deeply
- Are highly hands-on and execution-focused
- Know how hooks, pacing and storytelling affect CTR, CPA and conversion
- Are strong in video editing and content adaptation
- Can move quickly from idea to execution
- Care about both performance and creative quality
